Decorative resins (Pavafloor 7)

Purpose

Floor decorative resins created by spatula with personalised colour shades, easy to maintain and attractive appearance; waterproof to oils and liquids that are not particularly aggressive. Variable thickness.

Description of cycle

Preparation of concrete support.
Application of one layer of bi-component compound (adhesion primer)  (2). Subsequent application of two layers of three-component compound (3) by spatula. Subsequent application by spatula of a layer of pigmented bi-component compound (4). Application of compounds using spatulas to create a marble effect gives the flooring very special characteristics. A layer of transparent bi-component compound will be applied as a finishing film (5). To protect the coating, a special layer of protective wax will be applied to preserve the floor's aesthetic effect. This must be renewed based on floor use and wear.

Solution 1: Standard Cycle

1    Concrete (base)
2    Aggrappante Pava 100 - bi-component epoxy compound solvent free with high wetting power
3     Trico Decor Pava - three-component epoxy compound that can be emulsioned in water specific also for slightly damp supports
4     Pavaglass - pigmented epoxy bi-component compound suitable for spatula finishing.
5     Pavaglass - transparent epoxy bi-component compound

Solution 2: Water-borne Cycle

1     Concrete (base)
2     Reform-A Pava - epoxy bi-component fluid compound in watery emulsion with high wetting power
3     Trico Decor Pava - three-component epoxy compound that can be emulsioned in water.
4     Idro-gel Pava - pigmented bi-component polyurethane compound in watery emulsion suitable for spatula finishing.
5     Idro-Pol Pava 70B - polyurethane bi-component compound in watery emulsion offering resistance to light (U.V.) with minimum yellowing indexes and no chalking.

Solution 3: Low yellowing cycle

1     Concrete (base)
2     Aggrappante Pava 100 - bi-component epoxy compound solvent free with high wetting power
3     Trico Decor Pava - three-component epoxy compound, can be emulsioned in water.
4     Pavadecor U.V. - pigmented bi-component epoxy compound for spatula finishing with minimum yellowing.
5     Ultrapol "T" Pava - bi-component polyurethane transparent compound


1     Concrete (base)
2     Reform-A Pava - epoxy bi-component fluid compound in watery emulsion with high wetting power
3     Art-Stuc grosso - mono-component compound based on modified synthetic co-polymers, solvent free blended with micro-fibres and quartziferous/silica mixtures dosed in a suitable granulometric curve, large grain
4     Art-Stuc fino - as above but fine grain
5     Idro-Pol Pava 70B - polyurethane bi-component compound in watery emulsion offering resistance to light (U.V.) with minimum yellowing indices and no chalking.
